MUIGIZAJI ambaye ametokea mara kadhaa katika filamu za James Bond na kama masta Jedi katika mtiririko wa sinema za Star Wars amenguka na kufa wakati wa riheso ya uigizaji.
Kan Bonfils alikuwa katika reheso ya mchezo wa Dante wa Inferno ambao ulikuwa uoneshwe katika thieta ya The Rag Factory mjini London wiki hii.
Juhudi za kundi la Craft Theatre na watabibu kumshtua haikuwezekana.
Msemaji wa kampuni hiyo Chris Hislop amesema waigizaji wote wamefadhaishwa sanana tukio hilo.
Bonfils amecheza katika sinema ya 2012 ya Skyfall akiwa na Daniel Craig na Isagura mwaka 1997 kwenye Tomorrow Never Dies akiwa na Pierce Brosnan.
Pia amecheza kama Jedi masta Saesee Tiin ndani ya Star Wars: Episode I - The Phantom Menace (1999), akipingana na Liam Neeson na Ewan McGregor.
Pia alikuwa katika sinema ya Lara Croft Tomb Raider: The Cradle Of Life (2003), kisha Batman Begins (2005) na picha nyingine kadhaa.
''Kan collapsed during a rehearsal and the director Rocky Rodriguez Jr performed CPR on location."
Mr Hislop added: "The entire company are in shock. There is absolutely severe sadness, it is a real tragedy."
The cause of death is not known.
Dante's Inferno is expected to continue with another actor from the theatre company replacing Bonfils.
Mr Hislop said: ''It was due to open on Thursday. If things go to plan and if the incoming actor is able to do the job we are hoping to open on Saturday.''
